Initiatives with kenaf boards

Having been struck by the rapid rate of growth of the plant kenaf, which can reach a considerable size in just half a year, and the similar speed with which it can absorb and immobilize atmospheric CO2, we have succeeded in developing and mass-producing a fiber board based on kenaf. We have already begun a business operation to produce kenaf fiber board in Malaysia and market it in Japan. We will continue to develop this business as one that will contribute to a recycling-oriented society.
